Petty Tickets and Breach of Principles Reporting Guidelines

  1. Petty Tickets and Clips Will Not Be Reviewed:

    • Please note that petty tickets and clips that lack significant context or involve minor infractions will not be reviewed for any reason. If the issue does not significantly impact the roleplay experience or does not meet the criteria for a valid rule break, it will not be considered for review.

  2. Rule Breaks Must Be Reported via Gang Support Ticket:

    • All Breach of Principles must be reported through a Gang Support ticket within one hour of the incident occurring. This ensures that the situation can be addressed promptly and with accurate context. Delays in reporting will make it difficult for staff to investigate and resolve the issue effectively.

    • Your ticket must include a minimum of a at least a 2-minute clip that shows the full context of the scene and the rule break in question. The clip should provide a clear view of the entire situation from start to finish, including any actions that led to the Breach of Principle. Simply submitting short clips or fragmented footage will not be sufficient.

  3. Required Information for Reporting:

    • The submitted clip must include:

      • Full Game Audio: This includes all in-game sounds, such as dialogue, vehicle noise, or any other environmental sounds that provide important context.

      • Full Mic Audio: Ensure that your voice chat is captured, so that staff can hear your roleplay and understand the interactions that occurred during the incident.

      • Player IDs: The clip must clearly display the ID numbers of all players involved. This information helps staff identify those involved and investigate the situation thoroughly.

      • Ensure Your Recording Program Is Set Up Correctly: Before engaging in roleplay, please make sure that your recording program (whether it’s a third-party software or the built-in system for clips) is set up and functioning properly. Testing your setup beforehand ensures that you can capture high-quality footage when needed and helps avoid issues with missing or corrupted clips when reporting rule breaks.

  4. Item Loss and Reimbursement:

    • If you have lost items during a robbery or other rule break, your clip must show you being robbed or losing those items in order to receive reimbursement. Without a valid clip showing the theft or loss, no reimbursement will be issued.
