Staff Rules Summary

Eligibility

• Only 3 staff per gang.

• Oversight cannot gang play; Support can.

• No switching gangs without management approval.

• Participation may be revoked anytime.

Restrictions

• Staff cannot be gang leaders (no shot-calling, recruiting, wars, alliances).

• No recruiting players into gangs.

• Staff duties come first.

• Staff CANNOT join a gang in their trial period. They can only join after they've been accepted.

Conflicts of Interest

• Staff may not moderate cases involving their gang or allies unless assigned.

• Non-gang staff cannot assist gang members outside normal RP.

Abuse Prevention

• No staff tools/advantages for gangs.

• No spawning items on a gang character.

• Abuse = staff removal + possible ban.

Clips & Transparency

• Staff gang activity must be clipped and posted in gang angels chat dedicated to their gang.

• Failure to provide clips = strike.

• Management can review gang activity anytime.

Punishments

• Staff receive double penalties.

• Lower strike limits; repeated issues = removal.

• No retaliation for reports

• Cheating = cross-ban & staff removal

Conduct

• Must follow all RP/gang rules.

• No toxicity — represent staff standards at all times.
