No Gang Activity Around Legal Whitelisted Jobs:
Gang members may not pressure or harass other gang members or civilians while they are working at a whitelisted job unless there is valid RP behind it. This includes actions such as demanding money, threatening, or forcing any individual to participate in illegal activities while they are on duty at a whitelisted business or workplace. Whitelisted jobs are meant to provide a layered roleplay experience, for any hostility to take place at any business, quality RP is expected.
Gang Dress and Whitelisted Jobs:
Gang members who are whitelisted and engaged in activities at an illegal whitelisted business may be wearing their required identifiers or observed by other players or gangs. However, to maintain immersion and realism, their attire must suit the setting and context of their current role. For example, wearing overt tactical gear such as bulletproof vests or combat uniforms while working in a low-profile establishment like a bakery is prohibited. Characters should dress appropriately to blend naturally within the business environment and uphold the integrity of the roleplay experience.
If you are working in a legal whitelisted business, you may not be within your gang dress, however, you must be dressed appropriately to that whitelisted job. Once your shift or duties at the whitelisted business are complete and you have left the premises, you may change back into your full/normal gang clothing.
Evading Scenes by Heading to Whitelisted Businesses:
Gang members are not allowed to evade scenes or interactions, such as ongoing confrontations or police involvement, by running or driving to a whitelisted business to "hide" or disengage from the roleplay. If you find yourself in a tense situation or conflict, you must stay engaged in the scene until it is fully resolved. Evading a scene by seeking refuge at a whitelisted job undermines the roleplay experience and creates unfair advantages for those trying to avoid consequences.
Once the scene is entirely over—whether that means a confrontation is settled or a police chase has ended—you are free to leave and go about your business, but only after the situation has fully played out. You should not be using the whitelisted job as a means to escape or avoid roleplay obligations. This includes halting roleplay all together by abusing door locks you may have access to.
Any abuse and the consequences from such extends to the business owner AS WELL AS the gang any individual may be apart of.
Purpose of These Rules:
These guidelines are in place to maintain a realistic, layered, and balanced roleplaying experience. By respecting these rules, players can ensure that both gang-related and whitelisted job roleplay remains immersive, fair, and enjoyable for all participants.
