Section IV.A: Important Universal Rules

IV.A.1: Although we are an adult community, ERP (Erotic Roleplay) and SRP (Sex Roleplay) are not permitted in public places within this city. Please keep that behind closed doors and private areas.

IV.A.2: You may ONLY use IN-GAME CURRENCY when purchasing items from players. This means that you are prohibited from selling our in-game items or goods in exchange for real life currency or its equivalent (Cash App, PayPal, Gifted Subs, etc.). This is a BANNABLE offense.

IV.A.3: If your roleplay quality is deemed by staff as inconsistent with our rules, you may be further evaluated to dictate your access to the server. If your behavior is considered to be harmful to the quality of roleplay in our server, you will be met with action that may include, but is not limited to, a BAN from our server.

IV.A.4: Graphic packs and sound packs that provide an unfair advantage, unrealistic, or “shooter” are strictly prohibited in this city. If found to be using them you will receive a ban and will be required to remove them. If not removed you will not be allowed back into the city.

• i.e. no props, no vegetation, no nights/ always daytime, sound packs with hearing advantages (footsteps), stretched FOV’s, kill effects that give any tactical or combat advantages, etc.

IV.A.5: DO NOT approach staff in regards to tickets or other out of roleplay questions.

• You may only break this rule if a staff member initiates these questions or if a situation requires immediate action.

IV.A.6: If a staff member is roleplaying, they are to be referred to as their character and not as an admin. As staff, they are not to break character during scenes.

IV.A.7: Attempting to evade a ban by creating alternate accounts or engaging in activities to deceive staff will not be tolerated. This will result in a permanent ban for all associated accounts, without any chance for appeal.

IV.A.8: Bullying, harassment, or targeting will result in an immediate permanent ban, without the opportunity for appeal. While swearing is permitted, refrain from using personal slurs or engaging in general harassment outside of roleplay scenarios.

• Any form of discrimination, including racism, sexual harassment, or sexism, will be met with an immediate ban, without the chance for appeal. Regardless of context, racial, ableist, homophobic, transphobic, or any other slurs are strictly prohibited.

• Threats made to individuals of the community are taken seriously. This includes direct messages (in city or out of city) intended to threaten, harass, or bully others. Such behavior will result in a permanent ban, with no chance for appeal.

IV.A.9: Staff retain the authority to ban disruptive individuals from our servers at any time. If a player is found to be intentionally causing disruptions or not contributing positively to the roleplaying environment, they may face a ban.

IV.A.10: Asking or discussions regarding player punishments are prohibited. Tickets and punishments are confidential. We uphold the privacy of all involved parties and will not disclose details of disciplinary actions to other players.

IV.A.11: Staff is NOT required or allowed to show you “proof” of events. This includes clips, screenshots, tickets, reports, etc. If you were banned and are asking for proof of the events that lead you to get banned - no “proof” will be shown or given so please DO NOT ask! Any clips that are sent in are confidential between the reporting player and staff.

IV.A.12: Advertising for personal gain within the city or out of the city is forbidden and will result in a permanent ban. This includes promoting external products, services, or endeavors for personal benefit, as it detracts from the immersive experience and integrity of our community.

• You are prohibited from interacting in a toxic manner with other players as well as staff - this applies to in-city, Discord, or other public and social platforms.
