📔Section I: Roleplay Rules
(Created by Management)

Section I.A: Roleplay Rules
I.A.1: Interactions must have valid RP when resorting to violence. There is a 90 second interaction timer, meaning you must first engage in 90 seconds of QUALITY ROLEPLAY and have prior beef or stories before killing/shooting anyone. Failure to do so will be considered Random death match (RDM). Once the interaction concludes, there is now a 48 minute cooldown before you can interact with the same person/group again.
I.A.2: No Rule Explaining (Rulesplaining). If a rule is broken, complete the scene in character and submit a 2-minute clip with audio of the violation in a ticket.
I.A.3: Do not break character at ANY time. Going OOC is prohibited.
Examples of breaking character or going OOC include; mentioning admins, Discord, going/being live on Twitch, talking about your other characters, or telling someone you’re going to report them.
I.A.3: No VDM (Vehicle Death Match, which includes intentionally ramming cars) No RDM (Random Death Match).
I.A.4: You are not to be in a discord call whilst in city, or use any information gained outside of city, in Dynasty RP. This is considered Metagaming.
I.A.5: Do not F8/leave city mid scene. It is considered combat logging. If it happens during a scene, capture information, clip it, and report it through a ticket.
If you crash mid scene you MUST fly back in last location! If you don’t fly in last location then you will receive the same punishment as F8. If you’re in a scene you need to finish it out!
I.A.6: While going AFK, please either go to private areas, fly out, or you may be at risk of robbery.
I.A.7: Value your life follow reasonable demands in hostile situations. No Value of Life (NVL) is not allowed.
Examples: Ignoring commands or advancing towards a non-PD officer who has a weapon drawn on you, trying to quickly draw a weapon in response to someone who already has you at gunpoint, PD shooting a hostage taker while they have their weapon drawn at the hostage, Undertaking extremely risky actions, like jumping from high places, that would realistically result in death or serious injury.
I.A.8: Civilians are required to demonstrate fear towards faction members at all times.
I.A.9: No Harassment. Persistent targeting results in a permanent ban. Reports must include specific details, not generic requests for help. Use the ticket system with evidence.
I.A.10: Scamming RP is allowed, however, no scamming of donation items (ex: spray cans, flame tunes, tuner chips, MLOs and cars). Scamming of any weapons and melees are allowed. And all scam RP is still subject to the typical interaction timers.
I.A.11: No returning to a scene or the area if you left for medical attention.
I.A.12: Do not share the locations of illegal activities publicly.
I.A.13: All roleplay scenes, drug harvesting, and criminal activity must halt 30 minutes before server restart.
I.A.14: ERP is permitted within a secluded and confined space, do not do this out in the open. Be mindful of your surroundings. Certain sensitive topics like Rape RP, Sexual Harassment RP, etc., result in an immediate permanent ban.

I.C.5: If you get flat backed in a scene it means you are on a new life/soul and you are to forget everything that happened over that whole scene or story line. There is absolutely NO REMINDING people that were FLAT BACKED of what happened in the scene before their death!
To clarify when you are on your side it's called bleeding out not dead you are only dead when you are flat backed.
I.C.6: You can not go retaliate against the faction that flat backed and make up some an invalid story and press them because you are mad you lost.
I.C.7: When you are fully flat-backed, you may not remember any information learned 30 minutes prior to your death. You may not return to your death location to resume roleplay or seek revenge. Consistency in job, faction, and friendships maintained.

I.C.5: No false flagging. This is for both civilians and faction members. Civilians cannot wear faction clothing if they're not in the faction or a faction. Faction members cannot wear another factions clothing items that are not their own. Faction members must wear something that identifies what gang they're in at all times.
