Section III.A: Hostile or Illegal Roleplay

III.A.1: All civilian jobs are BLUE ZONES.arrow-up-right RP is still permitted and expected in BLUE zones, but NO CRIMES AND/OR HOSTILE INTERACTIONS FROM THOSE WHITELISTED INTO FACTION LIFE TOWARDS CIVILIANS, including but not limited to: murder, theft of vehicles, etc are not permitted in these zones.

III.A.2: Do NOT run to blue zones, an apartment, or house to avoid an interactions or get out of a scene.

III.A.3: Weapons cannot be pulled prior to the conclusion of the interaction timer.

III.A.4: Civilians MAY NOT run in groups (3 or more) conducting themselves in a manner considered GANG-LIKE, this is also called “Super Civing” and it is strictly prohibited.

III.A.5: During any hostile interaction, players are able to either rob or kill the other player involved in a scene, provided the interaction is valid. If you want to rob another player with valid roleplay, it's only allowed if the player is still alive (including on their side) and there is a valid reason behind it. Once the player is robbed, killing the player is no longer permitted.

III.A.6: Only take what's in a person's pockets during a robbery; no bank transfers. Pocket wiping is strictly prohibited. You must leave the player with a phone and radio.

III.A.7: Bikes are NOT to be used as primary getaway vehicles during ANY CRIME!

III.A.8: When being stopped by PD for simple traffic stops, you MUST roleplay out the scene. Do NOT immediately lead to a chase.

III.A.9: No dealing drugs from any vehicles. Drug deals must be made on foot. If you're caught selling drugs from your vehicle, the the marked money (or washed money) will be removed and you will be given a ban.

III.A.10: Water/ocean dumping is prohibited.

III.A.11: Cayo Perico (gang island) is KOS. Outside Cayo, gang wars, or turf wars there is a NO KOS policy.

III.A.12: No robbing at civilian jobs, payment areas, barber shops, or clothing stores.

III.A.13 No camping clothing stores for kills.

Section III.B: Hostage Rules

III.B.1: Do not take friends or members of your own gang as hostages.

III.B.2: Hostages cannot rejoin the scene after rescue.

III.B.3: You cannot make a hostage wait until a heist/robbery cooldown is over. You may hold a hostage for 5 minutes, after this you must release them.

III.B.4: You are limited to 2 hostages for Fleeca Banks/Store Robberies. All other robberies are limited to 3 hostages.

III.B.5: Hostages must fear for their life. (They cannot help you out with anything during the heist)

III.B.6: You may take PD or EMS hostage (They count as 2 demands)

Section III.C: Heist Protocol

III.C.1: There is an hour cooldown before you are allowed to hit another heist.

III.C.2: Refrain from doing any heist 30 minutes before restart, as this will be deemed fail RP.

III.C.3: Do not interfere in robberies heists for revenge or any reason, even if a friend or gang member is involved or taken hostage.

III.C.4: You may follow bank robbers, but start with roleplay interactions before violence and plain it out. Don’t just go and ram their car and tell them that you want the loot, Have a proper interaction with a good story.

III.C.5: if caught exploiting a heist it will result in a perm ban.

III.C.6: You are ALLOWED to hit a heist with another gang, criminal org and or with civilians. Everyone must be out of gang colors. (This is the only time you can mix Gangs, Criminal Orgs, and Civilians)

III.C.7: You are NOT allowed to use Motorcycles, Helicopters, Airplanes or Emergency Vehicles during a Heist.

III.C.8: You are NOT allowed to conduct a Heist without at least 1 Hostage. Doing so, would be considered NVL.
